Dowry case is a non-bailable case. It sends even parents of innocent boys to jail. So just curious if a girl can put a dowry case on some absolute stranger(someone she has never met) and send him and his family to jail?

You question is absurd. Irrelevant and unrelated people cannot be booked under such law. Our system has not gone so low and poor on such aspects. The police will not respond to such idiotic ideas despite greasing their palms.
