justice katju's thesis about immigration and nationality

Justice Markandey Katju of the Supreme Court said 95% of the people in the country were immigrants and being cemented by the Constitution  which ensures that the country of diversified cultures, traditions and religion bound together.  he said while speaking at the Diamond Jubilee celebration of the Shillong Bench of Gauhati High Court.

should we agree with this statement? is not this a provoking statement? is the nation going towards a civil war between tribales and  non tribalales?

Why such a comment by such an authority. How this is justified by truth. We feel sorry for the comment.

Dear Dr. Tripathi Sir, I will go with justice Markandey Katju's comment. What about America?

If such a statement is made, definetely, it is indicate that it is not based on facts. The country has aborigines and immigrants are aryans. Anthropological studies show  that the entire country is not aryans.

Further, culture, race, religion and the region cemented them together. Indian Constitution is a recent development  which came into the land only in 1950 and the notion of nation was there only from the freedom movement. Constituion binds all the indians together only as law of the land.

Hon'ble Judge Sahib is going very wellin in delivering remarkable judgments. It does'nt matter as to whether these are in favor or against the settled law of land.
