Kerala christian died intestate

A Kerala christian employed in Government service died intestate recently. He  is survived by his (1) Mother (2) Wife  and (3) one minor male child. My question is what is the share his mother will get from his property and pension benefit. His father is already expired. His mother is not having any income. She is not having any other male children to look after her. Please clarify?

I don't know about the property matters. About pension , his wife is entitled for all the pension benefits.(Mother is not, if he is married). About insurance, if any, the same will go to wife and other nomination, as per his will , which he has submitted in his office. Also, about Provident Fund, the same will go to his wife and other nominated members, if any.

In simple words for  both Insurance & Provident Fund cases his wife is sure receiptant. His mother will get only if the deceased has submitted a will, or nominated a member. For pension benefits, only his wife is entitled for the same.
