khangi taksimor mutual partition

Dear Sirs
I own a property as a co sharer in which there are two other sharerers.
All the share holders applied for a khangi taksim or mutual partition to the Tehsildar.
The partition was executed by the patwari and kanugo concerned in the presence of all the parties.
Now ,I have got to know from the neighborhood that the adjoining land where the partition took place belonged to the Kanugo himself and he has done the partition in such a way that has benefited him .
Can I raise objection to this partition after apnending signature on the field as the case was misrepresented and there was conflict of intrest involved .
pls suggest a suitable course of action.
ThaNks in advance.

SInce this is amutully agrred aprtition and you even have accpted the parition by siging .

You can challenge the partition on misrepresantation but that will be on too weaker ground. any thing can be challenged but only the reality the facts on materail ground realities survive.
