My father bought a flat in 2004 in BBMP limits. He has Uttara Patra, The reciept for the 2% stamp duty paid for Khata and tax paid reciepts. The Uttara patra mentions the khata number and ward no and his name.
He has been paying property tax online using both Old and New PID. But he hads not recieved the physical Khata and Khata certiticate.
What should he do to get the Khata and Khata certitifcate as he is planning to sell the flat.
