Kind attention please

My wife has suited for annullment of marriage under section 25 of special marriage act 1954.

1)I told her that i was master degree holder in computer science but i did not say to her it was a love marriage..

my advocate told me that it may be correct under indian contract act 9 of 1872 and evidences are not required for her to prove under this act.
Is it correct?

Annulment amounts to cancellation of marriage, if both spouse agree.  Otherwise, it will be a Suit for Divorce where the spouse will be terms as Divorcee.  Some sort of allegation is required to be made in the annulment application, which need not be proved, since annulment is by way of consent.
