i am working for a pharma company and would also like minimum wages band as mentioned.

Dear Vaishali
I have not seen your original message. But if you are a Manager, minimum wages act does not apply to you and terms of contract you ought have executed with the company (letter of appointment ). Also for sales team of a pharma company, The Sales Promotion (Employees) Act is applicable.
