i have leased a property 0f 1000 sq feet for Rs 40,000 per month for 5 years in Jaipur, Rajasthan. now how much more will i have to pay the government as stamp duty and registration fee. i tried to refer the govt site. it say "5% of consideration equal to the amount or value of the average rent of two years" does that mean 'averge rent per month' calculated from total rent of two years. or does that mean 5% of the sum total rent in two years. ?? some one please clarify.
