You mean person of Nepali origin resident in India or citizen of Nepal wanted employmentin Indian in PSU or IES?
Nepali citizens are allowed to stay and earn their livelihood but can not be employed in PSU or state and Central government services as you should be an Indian citizen to get employment in PSU or state/central services.
