Yes. In democracy, any body can give complaint but proper proves.

Yes, a labour society can file a complaint on behalf of the complainant.

You can also resolve your issue with your employer in these following steps;

1. Collect all the documents related to your employment like appointment letter, salary credit slips, proof of your EPF contribution etc.
2. Send a letter to the HR department or to the proprietor of the company regarding your concern. Explain the issue clearly in your letter.
3. If the issue is still not resolved, contact the labour commissioner of your area. He/she will help you with your problem. And in case the issue is still not resolved they might direct your case to the labour court.
