Labour laws

One company is regularly engaging contract employees in place of regular nature of jobs in a factory under different nomenclature so as to purposedly avoid retiral benefits (PF/ESI/Bank triggered salary remittance/Group Insurance) to those contract employees in a tacit understanding of influential man power supplying contractors. Constitution gives the fundamental right to equality under Article 14. What option is available to those employees under the rules of land with reference to case laws keeping in mind ramptant corruption in Labour Dept, who is supposed to monitor this. Can one employee moves Tribunal /High Court while there is no formal appointment letter is issued by that contractor to that employess.Please guide me.
