Labour settlement rules

I am worked in private hotel like saravana bhavan or aryabhavan for past four and half years. in that time i asked them my service settlement payment. but they told me that if i have worked five years completely, they will have to paid the service amount. otherwise below five years not qualified to received the service amount.

What can i do pls sir,
