Dear friends,
Are you aware of any judgment of the Supreme Court or any High Court according to which, a particular piece of land cannot be acquired if it is already being used for a purpose (lets' say, 'residential') which is the same as the purpose for which that land is being acquired (lets' say, to distribute it to many persons so that they can construct their houses)?
