we put a land agreement for 3.5 lakhs,for two years but they didn't return the money after two years also,then we put a case on court for that they asked one year time,that also over,now what we should do and is there any solution found to get their land or Money.
U have not mentioned that any compromise has take betn u &opposite incourt.if compromise has taken file execution petition in court for recovery

Hi Sashi, Thanks for the reply. We requested for a compromise but they are not ready for it. Please let me know how to get money from them. They conveyed to our advocate that they need few more years to settle the money. but not saying the exact time to return the money. Finally years are passing with the same reply from them.
