I had purchased one plot from one guy, That plot on noterised Passession letter from developer. (Kabja Patra), same Kabja Patra made for me also after canceling old Kabja patra from Developers records. from One year I am asking developer to get register this plot. But he is saying something dificulties due government rules. But in the same lay-out other plot owner having registered of their plot. And 60 plot owners they build their houses.
Could you please provide asistence to get registered this plot at registrar office.
