Land dispute

Sir, there is a house on the name of my mother who expired in Jun 2013, now we are left out with my father, two brothers and three sisters. the property was purchased by my mother only in 2011.

How will be the property distributed

will it go on the name of my father

will it be transferred on the name of nominee/ if any

will it be distributed among brothers

will it be distributed among brothers and sister

will it be distributed among father brother and sisters

The property of a Hindu female died without a will, shall devolve among the sons and daughters (including the children of any pre-deceased son or daughter) and the husband.

Dear sir,

my father had put the property case on my grand father's brother after the death of my grand father that i want the half share of my father's property which was sold by them by own their name. but unfortunately my father is no more and we are not able to carry our case for future and my father had already put the stay order on the remaining property. in which one of a space is also under possesion of my father. and after analysing our situation they all are agreed to compromis the case as the present situation. but the problem is that my uncle and my grand mother not agreed with us and they are also under the list of my father deffandant's and my uncle said. if you will compromise the case and with draw it. i will immideatly put the case from the name of my mother on all of you and demanding the 3 shares on the name of my mother....

so please suggest me experts that Is there any way to get compromise with them in the eye of law because our financial situation is not good enough....

sir,

my grand father was the farmer and our land had acquired by th govt. and DDA of delhi of - jauddin pur in 1979, ghonda chauhan khadar1989-90, ghonda gujran khadar 1992-93 and we had alredy got the jauddin pur land compensation and DDA had already allocate one plot of 500 gaz in rohani.

so please advice me that is there any kind of scheme in which govt. will provide one govt. job and one shop in against of your land acquired by them

dear sir,

there is a hall which has the tin shed roof and one main door so could i renovate this because of poor tin shed and its main door is also getting down to the road and because of the rain water fill into it which spread dangu problem to nebhiours..

so can i renovate the tin shed, main door under the stay order by high court

please suggest me
