LAND DISPUTE

I HAVE ANCESTOR PROPERTY BUT MY SON WANT SHARE IN THAT PROPERTY I DO NOT WANT TO GIVE THE SHARE WHAT I DO IN THAT CASE

Your son has right in ancestral property so you can not legally deprive him to claim his right.

1.  IF immovable property is a "Ancestral Property", THEN you alone CANNOT claim sole ownership over such ancestral property. This means that said Ancestral Property is not your self-acquired property, in anyway, whatsoever & whichsoever.

2. ALL the children of such Ancestors (including your children) have inherent legal right over such Ancestral Property, which CANNOT be denied, without any exceptions.
