Land dispute

Respected members,

My client purchased an agricultural land and got registered as per law.

After that he want to mark the extent clearly so as to construct wall in his boundaries and approached to the government surveyor at revenue office. The authority issued certificate and said that some extent of his land was occupied by neighbours.

My client tried to occupy the land as per the marking given the Government surveyor. The neighbours raised objection stating that the land was under their control from 16 years and they have the right on that land according to the enjoyment act.

Suggest me in this regard.

What could be the best first step I can do.

Thanking you

Yours sincerely

Sri Vijay
