Hi Experts,
I have a plot in Patna. It is in second row from the connceting road. In between the road and my plot is another vaccant plot. The builder is not willing to leave land for road connectivity from our plot to the road. This is the only option to connect to any road. He is not willing to leave land from anyside. He has started construction over his plot. This will make my plot a no man's land. Kindly suggest how to proceed on this further.
