Greetings of the day!
My father had 0.78 Hector land on his name. He passed away recently because of health isssue. As legal formality, I took a Nominee certificate from court and made an application to local office (Talathi/Patwari) where my name should be attached to remaining property of my father.
Days are gone but still I can see propery in my father's name. Also, one thing I noticed that the remaining land on his name is now 0.72.74 hector. No one from Talathi (Patwari) office informed about me and did not get any form of notice from them. I am not able to handle this situation now so seeking your advise regarding this .
Requesting you to please advise me what should I do in this case.
