Hi Sekar,
This is not land grabbing. Your brothers are entitled to their share of ancestral property as you do, thereby cannot fall under land grabbing.
In addition this is a civil dispute involving partition of the property between the inheritors applying the Indian / Hindu Succession Act. as applicable.
