Land grabbers

Hi All,

We have a property which we purchased around 30 years back from our vendor(Who was holding the patta and possession of the property from 15 years) through register Sale Deed and mutated our name and we got the Patta passbook on our name.

4 years  back we were noticed that the property belongs to someone else and the case was put-up in the RDO. we contested the case  and won the opposition was not able to submit any document,

They again applied at the joint collector this time they submitted the unregistered documents and Joint collector ruled out for the Denvo enquiry.

Please provide suggestions for my doubts can they manage the MRO and transfer the property on their name ?

What steps we should take to prove then Guilty.

This is our so called legal system.Anyone can sue case against anyone on the ground of property dispute or on personal grudge without any valid document or fake document.it up to you to prove your side.
