One of my friend's husband died 3 years back. The deceased has around 6 cents of land in visakhapatnam auto nagar. 4 cents has been gifted from his uncle and 2 cents bought from the same person. So total he has 6 cents.
She has all the documents with her. Problem is her husband's uncle is enjoying the land and has rented out the land for 20000/- pm. What is the procedure to take the pocession of the land?
APIIC has given transfer certificate in here name.
