I have one problem one of my friend has land on her name but case is pending or going on that land since last 20 year and no result still given and now she wants to sell that land........my question is can she sell that land although case pending or what is procedure if she can sell that land .....plzzzz help me,,,,i ll be very thankful

She cannot when the title is in dispute.

no thats not possible.you cant sell nor mortage the land when litigation is on

is it possible for her to sell with leave of court by giving public notice in that vicinity....plzzzz reply
