My Parents bought a Plot in Hyd outskirts in 1980's. After that they got busy with their lives, and the land is also not so prime at that time. My dad passed away. My mother is alone. We need to know about the land.
This land is bought from my parents savings. we are need of them.
What we want to know exactly is
1. Where is the plot located( Survey no.XXXX)
2. Sale deed done in Registrar office at that time. How to check in Registrar office?
3. How to know if is valid sale, how to get possesion of it?
4.if it is valid plot to get possesion? and we have full rights to sale or build ?
5. If it is encroached by anyone how to get it back?
