Land marking

We have a plot 488.77 sq yards in Kaithal , Haryana, in which half of the plot is acquired by HUDA and on that behalf HUDA gaves the required compensation.

The above said plot is a part of big land, which is not marked.

All other plots in that land are also not marked and plot regiistries is also on different persons. We tried to find out our land through papers and old registry's and patwaris, but we failed to find out our land as their was no marking earlier and now, only the location of land is known.

All the plot holders are unkown.

Patwaris and other govt. person in this case says that collect all the other plot holders of this land and divide it.

My question is

1. Is there any way to find out this plot through govt. procedure ?????

2. Is the patwaris and other govt. officials could say like this that, "collect all the other plot holders of this land and divide it". ?????????????

3. How the plot will be find and marked ????????????

You can identify your property only through Revenue records held by the government and not by gathering all other plot owners who are also blinking just like you to identify their own property.  If your patwari is not cooperating, approach the District collector with proper documentary proof, you will find some respite.
