Land name transfer

Dear Sir,

We have Agriculture land in pune. whose on my father's name. on 7/12 utara

Name is wriiten with EKUME (Kutumb Pramukh). when we checked FERFAR utara for the same then we found

ferfar utara having names of father's brother and sister's.

My father is expired also his all brother's.

It is possible to remove my father's name and add only my Name on 7/12 with EKUME (Kutumb Pramukh). I dont want to add my father's brother's / sisters sons name.
