Dear Experts,
The Land Belongs to our Grandfather we are five brothers and i am the Fifth one with out my knowledge the others shared the properties and one brother had a power of Attorney.It had happened above 40 years ago.The four together give our farm house to our elder most one. Now my son is asking me about the property details.Thers is any chance get the property. I am not sign any papers regard this matter, so please suggest me any legal way & legal remedy..

Sir,
Initially the suggestion is to file the RTI and find out on what basis the property was transferred in the name of your other brothers. After getting to know about the same, file the complaints against them in the respective departments as per the requirement.
