Land Registration

I am a member of a Regd Coop Society.I purchased a piece of land in the society in 2008.It was
registered and mutated in my name.Now I want to sell out this land,though there is a clause to take prior permission of the Secretary for sale.At present,the Society is defunct by the Registrar Coop Society.
PL guide whether the property
can be sell out.
