i was purchased land in mahableshwar .7/12 WAS MENTIONING 5 ACRE LAND FOR CROP CULTIVATION AND 7 GUNTHA IS POTKHARABA ,THIS ALL RECORD IS SIMMILER FROM 1947 FALNI UTARA..But as per mojani land office says its vally( means no any person can be stand on same place).My question is how could we can find land under cultivated are as per mention in 7/12.or what will be mistakes & where?
please suggest me possiblites to check.
