land under sec 143 of upza l.r act

Dear I have a land constituting of 7 gaata in one khatauni which is ancestral. On that multiple gaata may be 3 -4(part of gaata are used) my house map with compound was approved in the name of my grandmother Now my grandfather in the year 1984 made a will on plain paper that his house with compound should be given to his wife and rest to their sons> Now after grandfather death property is transferred to his son on khatauni having that gaata too in which house is made>Now my grandmother made a registered will deed in favor of my mom giving home with compound on that will i mutated home in municipal records.>Now my question is this that i want my uncles name to be withdraw i.e i want seprate khatauni with no name of my uncle. How it is possible. Some body told me go for sec 143 and then it will be declared abadi and after that revenue records will not effect you Please suggest
