Consider this scenario one poersons had to children let it be two guys.the the women buy a land in his own earnings during the sepration of property those guys giving the land which is not useful to any purpose and took the valuable asset this property division is made under court registration.the women husband passed away and she is not able to get any thing from the asset which is divide to her.Her childrens could not give any money to the lady..
my question is could the lady can get her asset which was buy in her own earnings that which she gave to her son.
can any one kindly tel suggestion to withdraw the asset from their son from her sons.
