Hi Sir/ Maam,
I took a flat on rent on 3rd jan 2016 and we renew that again on 1st of feb 2017 but i told the owner(Preeti Shukla) and also sent a whatsapp message(i have that message) that i will leave the house after 1 month that was 28th of feb. Now, today, owner's husband came to me at mornign 10am and we discussed that he will give the deposit money back and will take the keys.
So i informed to my wife and told her that the owner's husband will come and he will give the deposit money and you will give him the room keys. But the owner's husband came and he told my wife that, "yes i am giving u the deposit money so just give me the key. and my wife told him that please give me the money first and will give u the keys" but he took the keys forcefully from my wife and miss behave and insult her.
My wife was crying bcoz, i told her that pls take deposit money first and then give the keys. but the owner's husband forcefully took the keys without give her the deposit money and insult my wife. After that my wife called the owner and the owner also insult her with bad words.
Money is not much important than my wife insult.
So, i want to take a legal action againest him and her on that.
