I'm a mbbs student of 2nd prof. mbbs. I rented a home in kolkata. There is no written contract. but we told them we need this home for 3 yrs. after they agreed we shifted to this new room.The conversation is recorded in my mobile. but now they suddenly demanding to vacate the home stating I'm wasting excessive electricity ( I have to study throughout the night). What can I do?
In every month I have exams.so,plz guide me.

If excess electricity charges is the only concern of the landlord, why dont you come forward to bear the excess electricity charges?
