We are tenants for over 30 years ( pagdi / goodwill system) in Uttar Pradesh.
In 2019, landlord evicted the tenants with the promise of providing agreed upon space .
Legal agreement has been made between the tenants ,the landlord and the builder.
Now , there has been a disagreement between the builder and the landlord and they are in legal battle of their own .
Now the landlord has constructed the property himself , now refusing to give possession .
We are sandwiched between the builder and landlord and have lost our 30 year old possession. What steps can we take in this regard?
