Hi,
I grand father gave lease of our loudge to a person statys near to our house.But there wasno agreement and the property is also in the name of great grand father.After my grand father's death that loudge income came in my father's portion(Still the property comes under mutualproperty of my father and his siblings).receipt is given from our side on receiving monthly rent of the loudge.before two years the tenant came and said my brother is now taking care of that property.And his brother also said he invested some amount in that loudge which is illegal. As we did not have any proper agreement paper so new agreement done for two years in the name his brother. Now the two year comleted and we get to know the electric bill is too high.That is 10 lakhs. The electric bill is on my great grand father's name.We only have some rold eceipt copies the tenant sign.What we should do?
