just read about landmark Delhi HC judgement about woman being karta of HUF.

a few questions :
1) If an unmarried eldest daughter is karta of huf, what happens after she gets married? Does she still retain her position as karta in her father's family?
2) If the male karta of huf dies, who becomes the next karta? Does his wife or his brother (point to note his wife is eldest in family)
