When I take a loan, I will pay EMI on certain date. When I rent a house, I pay rent on certain date. If I miss the date, there is late payment charge. Now, Coming to maintenance case, if I miss to pay the maintenance on time, is there a late payment charge. Please note that my wife is asking for maintenance by hiding her employment.
Second question is, when I pay the maintenance , she will use the money. Will court ask her to produce bills for proper utilisation of money given to her by me? It is highly likely that she will use the money given by me for pure enjoyment.
Why can court monitor these to stop misuse of law and money?
