Law for landlord to produce tax receipts

Is there a law stated anywhere that says the landlord has to produce his building tax receipts to the tenant when asked? Can he be obligated to give a copy of the same and allow the tenant to make use of it as per his wish? Does the landlord have no rights to deny such request?

It is not an legal obligation on the part of the landlord to produce the building tax receipts for the use of the tenant as he wishes.

Whereas, if it is summoned by any authority by invoking the appropriate provisions of law with a direction to produce the same, it is the duty of landlord/custodian of the documents, to produce the such summoned documents before the such authority, that too only for verification.
