In the place where the incident happened was where 90% of construction is illegal .The matter started when the person started business few years nothing happened as the neighbour was aware that he to is illegal.But after the time went by he made some political adjustments and complaint on my friend in return my friend to complaint on his illegal structure but the authoritiesdoes not want to take any action on him now how does this works in a democratic country.what shall he do now?
