we are 2 sisters having plots of land in madh island (mumbai) these are in the name of my parents. I live abroad and am chilkdless. my sister lives in mubai and has a daughter. i want to sell the plots by my sister is refusing as she feels after her death the plots will belong to her daughter is this right? pls inform me the laws of india in this regard as my parents did not make a will
