Is there any act governing the things distributed by State Government through Ration Cards (Civil Supplies) to be sold outside state.???
Eg. Is it barred to sell Free Color TV's distributed by Government to other States or traded within the state. Is there any Act governing like Sales Tax or VAT Act for the same.
I possess a TV received through the distribusion by govenment. can I send my TV ouside the state???
Please suggest any law governing the same...
