Dear Experts,
how much will be normally a advocate will charge as his/her fee for handling the 498A and DV case.
will they chrage for whole case as fixed amount which may run for 3 to 4 years or for every time of appears.
pls share the thought process.

There is no fixed rate for lawyers,it is vary from lawyer to lawyer which are depend on lawyer's seniority,knowledge and competent on the subject.You can contact with some local lawyer.

Fees varies from lawyer to lawyer . you can negoitate for per hearing basis and do not opt for a fixed amount . since once you pay a fixed amount that the lawyer will not take interest in your case as he has received the entire amount . Also when it is per hearing basis you are at liberty to change your lawyer as and when you please if you feel he is not efficient enough .
