I own site in bangalore. One of the grand childern has now put case on the site i brought.
I am now looking for lawyer to fight this case for me.
How much would generally Lawyer charge for taking up such a case.
Do they charge one time charges? If yes how much?
If it is yearly fees, Generally how much?
The guy who has put the case has already shown intent to settle it outside the court and is looking for around 1 lakh rupees. I have heard that litigation cases last for years and we might end up paying huge money for getting justice.
I am looking for not a big time lawyer who would charge me heavy money for my 1200 sq feet land.
