Before all that calculate the cost and benefit analysis as to how much amount was actually due, and what is the minimum amount of money (Including time, travel, fees, etc) is required to undertake such fight. To my knowledge, you may have to spend more money, time and energy for this wasteful exercise. Before that contact a local advocate and take his guidance and let notice be given on your behalf demanding for salary.
