Hello, about the Meet of the Member Lawyers rather then appriciating and waiting for the Club to initiate why not we ourselves take initiative to Organise and hold a seminar , I for one from mumbai suggest to hold and start ballrolling,invite a Seminar come gettogather at Mumbai-either in Central or South Mumbai on a weekend, on a Current Topic of both Civil and Criminal Law,Procedural aspects, suggestion in implimenting and Difficulties in the Courts of Law,etc.Any member keen on joining to organise it a re welcome.

am fully agree with idea pl fix up initial vanue and inform for contribution of expenses for each participant. I do not think each participant has to bear more than Rs. 500/- for each such session. If it is in mumbai every sunday or saturday once in month from ahmedabad we are prepared to attend with my 2/3 juniors also. they may come in touch with each other and can learn so much.
