Lawyers supporting criminal doing

Hi, we have raised an criminal case with ccp for land grabbing, where few partners of a real estate company forged one it's other partner(my dad) signature. They created documents that my dad released from the firm and forged my dads signature. The case came to the local crime inspector and enquiry was done. The lawyer of the other partners along with his clients accepted the criminal act before the inspector and said they will settle this matter amicably with my dad. Nothing has been done so far and when went back to the inspector he is not taking any proper action instead he hand balled the case saying it doesn't come under his jurisdiction. What can be done against this lawyer. Myself and my dad found that he was behind this act creating all such documents. Please advise
