hi
i saw some news about bunch of lawyers getting suspended in tamilnadu due to their recent strike but i still see their lawyer profile in the tamilnadu bar association website with all the enrollment details and no where it says it has been suspended.
my friend approached one such lawyer and realised from a newspaper articile that he is under suspension. why does the website still shows the suspended ones and is this a trap for innocent people to fall prey for such lawyers who cannot even practice anymore.
