Sale deed done on a open plot from a vendor, where they claim to have got permission from then gram panchayat in hyderabad outskirts area. But they did not give a copy of layout, now where do we get a certified copy of it ? can it be obtained from the concerned sub registrar office where the open plot sale deeds are done or is there any other office to be applied ?

You have not stated that for what purpose you have raised this question?
Are you going to buy it or asking for somebody or whether you want to collect the details in your personal interest?
Without knowing that whether the property comes under village panchayat or whether the sale of property was done by a registered deed or without knowing if there are other plots also in the layout, no opinion can be rendered.

Adv, kindly note, the sale deed already completed for an open plot of 200 sqyds in sub registrar office & the layout was told to be approved by then gram panchayat way back in 1990 . The plot is in a village area without any ameneities, just kaccha approach roads.
