Lease aggrement

Sir i have leased a commercial land and running mechanical items from my landlord and running it... We made notarized agreement for every 2years of time span like that 10years had finished by 5notarized peppers i have all 5 copys xerox the problem is now my landlord is forceing to vacat. But i dont want vacent the place but he z not allowing me to stay the agreement date also finished can i have any right to stay or claim a ownership file. Or can go to the court and appile a file to stay at the same place hlp me
